I got my first Hewlett Packard in 1993 at the age of 13 for all my friends and family, but professionally since 2003.

Q: Which antivirus program do you offer? What if I already have one installed?

Ciprian IT Antivirus and Security End Point protection will detent early warning signs of threats, Malware prevention,  software security updates and testing your systems against hacking, In some cases, a legitimate antivirus program cannot be removed because the software used is corrupt, bad or missing. In these situations, you must remove all files associated with antivirus. This is a process that can take hours, but our agents have the knowledge to remove that in matter of minutes!

Q: Can you explain in detail what you mean by “ Microsoft Patch Management”?

Microsoft releases security updates, services packs, features packs and update rollups for many of its products throughout the month. These updates are critical in keeping your computers and servers running at peak performance as well as protecting them against the latest security threats. Theses patches are deployed to our testing environment shortly after Microsoft releases them; we verify that they do not causes any immediate issues and schedule them to be deployed to our managed service machines within 2-4 days.

Q: Is there a minimum term for each computer we put under contract?

No Contacts! Just a one-time $150 subscription fee when being enrolled into the IT Klub.
